General Terms of Service

‣ I reserve the right to refuse any commission.
‣ I require a 50% of price deposit up front and the other 50% upon completion of the project.
‣ Commissions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds will be given based on how much of the project has been completed. If the project has been completed, there is no option for refunding. If the project cannot be completed, a full refund will be processed.
‣ I require credit to be given to me at least in the description of your platform of choice.
‣ My work is not to be used for AI training or non-fungible tokens.
‣ Projects can take anywhere from 1-3 months to complete.
‣ I do not work with deadlines.
‣ Changes are to be made while the work is still in progress. Modifications requested after the project is completed, as long as they are minimal, can be done. Otherwise, an additional fee will be charged.
‣ I do not rig already-rigged models without the other Live2d artist's consent.
‣ Any changes to my art/rigging should be allowed by me first.
‣ Any art/rigging meant to be used for commerical use should be discussed with me first. An additional fee may apply.
‣ Payment is to be made via Paypal.

Live2d Terms of Service

‣ Frequent videos/pictures will be sent to the commissioner. Any changes can be asked for while the work is in progress.
‣ Specific toggles/animations/features are to be asked for before payment.
‣ I highly recommend having Angle X + Y guides in the PSD(3/4th, 3/4th up, 3/4th down). Any other guides(eyes, mouth, etc) are appreciated.
‣ It is preferred for all of the layers in the PSD to be organized by name and in folders.
‣ I will only send the final runtime files(.moc3) upon completion of the project. The Live2d files(.cmo3) can be requested for an additional price.

Mecha/Robots‣ I will work off of already designed characters.
‣ I will design the character for an additional price. This will increase the amount of time total for the project.
‣ I offer full turn-around reference sheets for an additional price.
